The L-Type Single Girder Gantry Crane is an efficient and flexible lifting solution specifically designed for small to medium-sized material handling operations. Named for its distinctive "L" shape between the ground beam and outriggers, this crane features a single box-type main beam with an L-shaped cross-section that delivers exceptional strength and rigidity while significantly reducing the crane's overall self-weight.

The main beam adopts a skewed box-shaped frame structure, which is both sturdy and lightweight. One side of the crane is equipped with a rigid leg that is rigidly connected to the main beam for stable support, while the other side features a flexible leg that can be adjusted to accommodate track deviations and ground unevenness. APPLICATION

1. Steel Service Centres 
In steel stocking yards, this crane moves hot‑rolled coils, heavy plates, and structural sections from storage racks to cutting or processing lines. The single‑girder design with an L‑shaped leg provides a wide working span (typically 18–35 m) while keeping the overall weight low, which reduces rail foundation costs. Its simple construction allows frequent short‑travel movements, making it ideal for high‑throughput distribution centres where quick turnaround is essential.

2. Precast Concrete Plants 
Precast production requires lifting heavy steel moulds, reinforcement cages, and finished concrete beams or wall panels between casting beds and curing yards. The L‑type gantry crane offers excellent clearance under the hook and a clear passage for delivery trucks. Because the single girder has only one main beam, the trolley runs underneath, giving the operator a better view of the load – a critical safety feature when manoeuvring bulky, irregularly shaped concrete items.

3. General Warehousing and Logistics Yards 
For open‑air storage areas that handle palletised goods, large machinery parts, or timber bundles, this crane serves as a cost‑effective alternative to a fork‑lift or reach stacker.
